The Golden Night Blend is your bedtime ritual in a tin. A warming blend of saffron, turmeric, cardamom, ginger, cinnamon and black pepper. Stir into warm milk before bed. Watch it turn gold. Let the day go.

How to use:
Add 1/4 teaspoon to 150ml hot water or warm milk. Stir well. Filter if you prefer a clean tea. Sip slowly 30–60 minutes before bed. Sweeten with honey if desired. One tin makes approximately 30 serves.

Burn your candle within sight and never leave it unattended. Keep it away from anything that may catch fire, as well as children and pets. Place on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from drafts, open windows, air vents and fans. Trim the wick to 7mm before each burn and keep the wax pool free of debris.
