The Golden Night Blend is your bedtime ritual in a tin. A warming blend of saffron, turmeric, cardamom, ginger, cinnamon and black pepper. Stir into warm milk before bed. Watch it turn gold. Let the day go.

How to use:
Add 1/4 teaspoon to 150ml hot water or warm milk. Stir well. Filter if you prefer a clean tea. Sip slowly 30–60 minutes before bed. Sweeten with honey if desired. One tin makes approximately 30 serves.
